What is the delivery/pick up day?

Deliveries for the week go out Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings.

Please submit your orders by Thursday 11:59pm to recieve a Sunday delivery.
Pick up day is Sunday. 7am-1pm at our store location.

Can I customize my pick up times?

All deliveries are delivered between 8am and 7pm. Delivery windows are only an hour. You will receive a text message on Saturday confirming your delivery window for Sunday.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley. We can deliver to a home, gym, or workplace.

How do I reheat my meals?

All of our meals are fully cooked and just need to be reheated to your desired preference. Meals can be reheated in a microwave. Average times are between 2-3 minutes. Additional 20 second intervals are recommended, if needed.

Or, you can place all contents in an airfryer safe container and airfry for 5-7 minutes.

You can also can reheat in a skillet to you liking.

Reheating instructions are also included in our package labeling.

What type of payments options do you offer?

We accept major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, and American Express) .

When is my last chance to order for the next pick-up or delivery?

We kindly ask that all orders be submitted by Thursday 11:59pm for Sunday delivery.

What is the recommended shelf life for my meals?

We pride ourselves on our ability to maintain product freshness and longevity. The way we properly and rapidly cool your food ensures the integrity of your meals will last throughout the week. This also is all done with your safety in mind!

All meals should be consumed within 6 days of receiving them. Keep all meals below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. All meals are prepared fresh and never frozen.

If you don't think you will consume them within the timeframe, you can safely freeze our meals for up to 2 weeks. To thaw, simply transfer to your refrigerator the day prior to when you plan on eating them and reheat as instructed.

Where can I find the nutrition information on the meals?

Attached to each meal on the website you will see the macros and calories for each meal or item.

What is the delivery charge?

There will be a flat rate charge of $10 for each delivery.

Can I cancel my orders?

You will have up to one hour to cancel your order via email or phone. Please email apro@thegoodlifemealpre.com to cancel orders. If you do not cancel on time, we will happily credit you for another week.

You have one week to cancel subscription packages. This applies for all subscriptions longer than a single week subscription. After a week, you can only receive credit for remaining meals. All other unused weeks are non refundable.
If you purchase a single week subscription, there is a two week minimum on the subscription. After you cancel it will take 1 week to cancel your subscription.

Absolutely! We would love to be a part of your event. Please visit our catering website and fill out our short inquiry form so we can gather all the basic info needed to help you execute your event!

Once submitted our event coordinator will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to smooth out all the details and send you menu proposals.

Will my subscription auto renew?

Yes.  When purchasing a subscription you are agreeing to our subscription services and the subscription you originally purchased will auto renew through the card on file after your last delivery date. 


Subscriptions auto renew on Sundays.  For example, if you purchase your subscription on a Thursday, the auto renew will happen on Sunday.

How do i cancel my subscription?

Please email apro@thegoodlifemealprep.com to cancel your subscription.  All unused weeks will remain in the account for later use but can not be reimbursed for monetary value.
